I have always had a soft spot for Jimmy Johns sandwiches. They have added potato salad and pesto pasta salad. Neither of these new items are tasty. They both have unusual flavors in them that perhaps some might like but I love original flavors and these two new dishes are not something that I would ever want to order again. I've tried all their sandwiches and they all are delicious. Their new pumpkin white chocolate cookies are to die for.

Messed up my order online called in and the manager Kiara was very very helpful with helping sometimes managers will give you a hard time and make you feel horrible for even calling in good to know it's still good hearted people out there. Subs were on point also!
Late meeting after work and of course had places to stop after. Hungry, tired and so didn't want to go home and try to find something to make. Decided to run through their drive thru and grab a turkey sandwich and go home. Mind you it was after 9pm, ordered and got to window and was already made - they are freaky fast .... had my mind set that the bread would probably be hard since it was so late but to my surprise it was soft and fresh. Everything was on the sandwich. Service was quick and they were super friendly!!

Stopped in here from out of state on our way home from Cedar Point. The location is conveniently located right off the highway. It's your typical Jimmy's menu but in addition to unwiches and French bread, they also offer whole wheat. Very friendly employees, huge sitting area, and clean bathrooms. They even use premium toilet paper, haha. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!
